I supposed to came on 830am..but then I was a little bit late.at about 1 hour driving from my kampung ..Perak to Dental at Bayan Baru,Penang.When I reached at 9am,so many patients  at awaiting room.I used to sleep during waiting time.Really sleepy.Sit n Sleep.
11am-1pm---on treatment.
Now doctor going to fix bracket on my bottom teeth.
I didnt remember when was my retainer broken..then,doctor just ask me to throw it away.i supposed to keep that retainer.it cost about RM600.

White Filling to align upper n lower teeth.

                                     

  Since both upper n lower teeth with bracket.I feel pain during eating,biting or chewing..even talking so much.I need to slow down chit chat.
My appetite was turn down.I could eat soft food..like nestum,oat,soft bread.eat with small portion.But..it doesnt matter for a moment.Later on,it will slowly getting better.
I thought last time with upper side bracket..not really pain like this.

I know my right side wont be corrected by this month.Left side was tightened very hard.
2 days then,i was suffered headache at left side.Never happened before..take aspirin also doesnt heal me.Hope it wont getting longer pain.
I refer to the article what caused nerve pain.I knew headache and neck pain was connected to teeth..hard tightened doesnt mean to correct the gap.because there's no more gap.just to delay the process at right area.

I'v never try to choose multiple rubber color.But,when he asked..what color u want for new year.I told him..blue n pink.Fun color..

left side - gap already close.A few months adjusted n tightened at same area.

Developing still slow at my right side.big gap still there..He just tightened at the left side.That area quite close and nothing to be tighten.

October treatment

Oct 4th 2012 - I was skip my appointment on Sept 27th 2012 due to having chic pox and I'm not be able to walk around everywhere.

By the way,I'm still not recovering my fever..but never mind.It just to open mouth for a couple of minutes.

So today,Doctor just change rubber again.He supposed to change wire on my right side..because the movement quite slow if just rubber intact.But he didnt.

I've asked Doctor,when are u going to put bracket on my lower teeth?

He said,later after align your teeth..need to put filling again.

I'm still unsatisfied due to no improvement on my right side.

How do I look before fixing braces

Even my teeth not perfectly nice to smile..I think there's no other way to solve it..unless to use denture.But I know..if I do denture,it will takes few days of 'losing teeth'..then only denture can be done.
Gap teeth plus peck head and uneven structure of teeth..looks embarrassing.How many years I live with this situation??Many many years..
Well..actually my 2nd elder sister and my 2 younger sisters plus my one younger brother are having peck head teeth..just like myself.But their teeth not having gap like me.Before my mom use denture..her teeth seems like me (no gap). My father's teeth having gap at the middle.
So I took a part of bad teeth derived from my parents.Nice built.Thank you abah & mak.
Luckily all my kids doesn't have teeth like me.Naturally nice teeth.I hope they will keep on remain their healthy teeth.
Nowadays people may not embarrassing their gap teeth.They are proud to show.Well..they are beauty model,Madonna or Ronaldo..who keep on maintain their gap teeth.One of my Chinese's friend said,gap teeth could bring 'no luck'. Is that real??

The gap getting wider and wider..and someday it could jump up front or side tilted.If we are not alert of this..it might getting worst.

After 6 months with braces..still smile even not as pretty look.But at least,there's no more gap.

Braces after one year one month

After completed a year on June 28th 2012.I'm still persist my treatment at Orthodontic.Visited on July 24th at 830am.I'm working on that day,but I don't think to take a day out.Just ask from my boss to let me out for an hour.

Today Doctor put some 'filling' inside my molar teeth .Once add it on..I've feel not comfortable to chew any food.No taste..hmmm..

What's for??Just to align the jaw.

Sometimes we need to ask Doctor what's the purpose to change wire,to put filling,but sometimes he explain a little bit..but i don't get aware on it.

Both left and right teeth was tightened..as previous months.

Now in Ramadhan month..easily for me to control food.Not really excited having varieties of meals.

Elastic rubber came out & My orthodontic brush

April 2012

Just a normal routine.This month just to keep closer my both canine.
On May 10th...my right side elastic rubber came out during brushing teeth.Oh no...what should i do?I didn't do anything..just let it be.I'll let doctor know,when next appointment on May 22nd.

So..what happened then?if we just ignore the missing rubber..the gap getting wider.I supposed to fix it back.

Today,I really wanted an electric blue color.So,I told doctor about missing rubber during brushing my teeth.He advice..next time,if this rubber come out,I need to fix it by myself.He give me an extra 2 pieces of blue rubber in case come out again.
My left canine getting closer,while my right side..seems like a big gap again.. due to elastic rubber came out 12 days ago.

Here's my orthodontic brush instead of normal tooth brush.Small shape,and can be bring along inside my wallet.Yes..sometimes embarrassing things happen,even i gargling a lot of water.How to remove dirt if stuck inside the bracket?Using small brush like this is much more easier.
