The last journey of braces

Payment: RM1150 ( cost of transparent retainer and remove braces)

After such a long time not update anything here.Today i decided to remove braces. Before that, i had already make an appointment. I should know how much cost to remove the braces.One of the assistant told me total cost of retainer. If i refuse to fix the retainer? She told me the teeth will go back to origin.
So i agree to pay total cost $950 talking by phone yesterday.
This morning, the assistant asked me what type of retainer i would like to use. She explained me two types of retainer. One with single wire visible and one with transparent. If transparent type, i need to add another $200.So,i had choose transparent type because it is more easier. Not neccesary to wear all the time. I started to google how the retainer look alike.
The first step, doctor start with cutting down the wire, bracket with plyer. How do i feel? I feel that she taken out my tooth one by one. After that,the process begin with cleaning,polishing,scalling and measuring. Then,moulding for top and bottom teeth to get exact measuring for incoming retainer.

What i feel after braces was gone?i feel the surface of my teeth is rough. Even though after brushing.
The next visit to get retainer is Sept 27th 2017.
After that i need to continue the treatmeant once per 6 month.

Hopefully this year may end up my braces journey.
I m getting old...pleaseeee..
Average age for people visiting dental for braces are around 15-30s.I was exceed that level.
Another thing,monthly cost getting increases compare to earlier.
Anyway,i should be satisfy in my teeth condition right now.

Still continue my treatment

On Dec 23rd,i was having problem with inner bracket.The bracket has peel out from the position and i didn't captured any photo.How did this happened on me?I had bite a fruit..persimmons and suddenly it stuck at upper side.i've try to remove out by my tounge but then the bracket protrude out.It was really hard to bend the bracket.I have to wait until dental opening hours because still in public holiday.I decide to go to dental visit on Dec 27th 2016.

Here again with red and green theme.

Broken inner lips

It is not going to update braces for today,but to show how the braces may impact to lips..inner lip.
It was happened years ago,but i didn't bother.Sometimes i got ulcer and it  will cure by itself.
I m going to dental around next week and i need to remove this braces.But am not sure what will dentist says about my braces.
I think that's enough for me to get bonded by 'steel teeth'.
The time for me to end up the journey of my braces since 2011.

Today is the 1st visit with ortho dental after 8 months skip treatment.

Actually the shape doesnt really change a lot at the top side.but at the bottom side,one tooth look protrude inside.i had ask doctor to fix it.he told me,if he want to fix,the left side wisdom tooth need to be arise a bit.another option is to make a minor operation.it could be risky and take longer treatment just because of one tooth protruding.

I feel bad to hear that.i thought this tooth will growing longer.but doctor said it will be stay unchanged.

There's no visible if i m not open my mouth..and no pain at all.

Once we paid thousands $$ for this treatment,at least i need the structured to be well organized as normal.

My mission was accomplished to get top teeth gap closely organize.

Payment : RM150

Next visit : July 14th 2016...almost 5 years.

      

My 2nd treatment this year 2015

Sept 26th 2015..bracket turn to black color.so bad look and ugly to see.

Today Oct 13th 2015,I came for 2nd treatment for this year.Actually i didnt follow the schedule fixed for me..Last date on March 2015..Not because of my treatment already completed..it because i m having financial probs..poor me..😢😢

Doctor told me..once visit will fix charge RM150..even for wire changes or rubber change.

Today payment RM150

Next visit Nov 17,2015...its my dotter bday on her 15th.

Only at the beginning of the year i m counting how much cost..but now i dont even know how much  amount exactly has been paid.

I'm having problem with upper teeth.Gap at the centre looks not to close as before.After wire changed and rubber for tighten,Then,next appointment doctor change another wire again but no more extra charge.

Last week,one of bracket at my bottom teeth was peel off..during brushing teeth.

Today Mar 25th,doctor fix to new bracket.change wire again.

Its getting longer period having braces all the time.

Next visit April 23rd 2015 6pm

One piece of bracket was peel off from position.
